About Us

Central Valley Spay/Neuter is a non-profit effort to control animal overpopulation in the Central Valley. We arrange low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination services with local veterinarians. We are funded by a combination of public and private funding sources and require that those seeking spay/neuter services pay a modest co-payment toward the veterinary services.

Central Valley Spay/Neuter is a collaboration of several Central Valley non-profits including Kirkland Foundation, Mell’s Mutts, and Fresno TNR with funding from the County of Fresno, private donations, and grants. County of Fresno support is available to residents of County areas not supported by other municipal funding.

Please note that those seeking veterinary services will be responsible for transporting the dog or cat to the specified veterinarian, signing an appropriate release, and picking up the animal after services.
